Description:

The Cosumnes Community Services District (CSD), a special district local government agency serving south Sacramento County, is seeking competitive bids for Utility Vehicle Services for the 2023 Elk Grove GIANT Pumpkin Festival on October 7 & 8, 2023. Vehicles will be used for loading and unloading vendor merchandise, transporting festival guests, and staff roaming the festival grounds.
