The City of Redwood City is issuing a Request for Proposals for a consultant to study the City’s Engineering & Transportation and Planning Divisions (including organizational structure and staff functions) to understand the extent to which the operations are positioned to meet the current and future needs of the Community Development and Transportation Department, the City and the overall community. The study will include: an organization and operations assessment, recommendations, an executive summary, a final report, and an implementation plan.
