The City of Morro Bay is soliciting proposals from qualified consultant firms to prepare a Local Roadway Safety Plan (LRSP). The Morro Bay LRSP will provide a framework for identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing roadway safety improvements on Morro Bay’s roads. The LRSP will guide future grant opportunities and identify potential projects that could improve roadway safety within the City. The Consultant shall develop the City’s LRSP using State project funding requirements, particularly, the State of California Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) requirements.
