Description / Background:
The City of Chino Hills (“City”) invites qualified and experienced communication and marketing companies to submit proposals for the development of a comprehensive marketing and outreach campaign to promote awareness and participation in SB 1383, recycling, HHW, and other solid waste and recycling programs. The selected company will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content to be used across various media channels that align with the City's current marketing theme.

The submittal package shall include the following: six (6) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal; one (1) original and five (5) copies of the cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Cost Proposal”; and a signed W-9.

Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP. Any exceptions to the standard agreement must be included with the proposal.
