*Addendum No. 1 - FY 2023-24 Street Improvements Project, Dated 3.25.2024
The Work comprises, but is not limited to: mobilization; traffic control; 2-inch full-width grind and 2-inch AC overlay; selective 2-inch grind and 2-inch AC overlay; 5-foot wide tapered grind (0.00 - .12’-depth); 1.5 inch full-width AC overlay; adjustment of utility manhole covers and water valve can covers as necessary; application of Type I conventional slurry; apply crack seal; sawcut and remove 8-inch thick stamped concrete crosswalk and replace with 4-inches of approved CAB and 4-inch AC overlay; remove and replace AC stamped crosswalk; remove and install traffic control loops and restoration of striping, pavement markings/ markers, and legends, in the various residential streets in Chino Hills.

Qualifications:

The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A or Class C12 Contractor's license at the time of submitting bids.
|

Special Requirements:
|
|
10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. It shall be mandatory, upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established by the City Council as they apply to the work being performed. Said prevailing rates are available from the State of California Department of Industrial Relations website (**See link under Description).
