RFP - Advanced Clean Fleets Regulation Compliance
The following is a summary only and does not replace the full RFP.
The City of Chino Hills (“City”) invites your organization to submit a written proposal to provide regulatory compliance services. The successful vendor will be awarded a contract for a five-year period. The proposal must clearly demonstrate how your organization would best satisfy the requirements of the City. This written Request for Proposal (RFP) states the scope of the City’s requirements and specifies the general rules for preparing the proposal.
Background:
The City of Chino Hills is seeking a qualified consultant to prepare a clean energy fleet transition plan to comply with California Air Resources Board (CARB) Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) mandate and Advanced Clean Fleet (ACF) Regulations and assistance with researching equivalent vehicles and vehicle procurement. The City has approximately 143 units of vehicles and equipment, with approximately 61 with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) over 8,500 pounds.

Provide a summary of the vendor’s qualifications and prior experience in providing the requested services. This section must include specific and detailed descriptions of similar projects performed, project results, client name and year completed.

The submittal package shall include: three (3) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal; one (1) original and two (2) copies of the cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Cost Proposal" and a signed W-9.

Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP. Please review this agreement and provide the City with a written statement of your firm's willingness to accept the terms of the agreement. Please specifically identify each and every term of the agreement which your firm is unwilling to accept and the reason therefore.
