271383 RFQ RFP FOR ON-DEMAND REMOTE INTERPRETATION 09-Feb-2024 01-MAR-2024 14:00:00 This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to solicit proposals to provide on-demand remote interpretation service. Such service may include over-the-phone interpreting and video-remote interpreting. Respondent shall state all its available language capacity, response time and capacity to handle multiple requests. Services may be requested for any time of the day, seven days a week. Proposals should clearly indicate the proposed approach to providing these services. The selected firm(s) will be subject to the City of Oakland’s periodic assessment for quality assurance. No minimum amount of overall work is guaranteed to any firm awarded a contract.
