271204,1	RFQ	RFP FOR E-BIKE PROGRAM AND FLEET MAINTENANCE	01-Sep-2023	02-OCT-2023 14:00:00	Through the Electric Bike Lending Program, Oakland residents will be able to reserve e-bikes, cargo e-bikes, and adaptive e-bikes for up to 3 weeks with options to renew if no one else has put a hold on the bike. CONTRACTOR will be responsible for managing and performing maintenance of e-bikes from the Oakland Electric Bike Lending Program. CONTRACTOR may also be responsible for repairing the CITY e-bike fleet. CONTRACTOR will lead CITY’s efforts to ensure the consistent supply of readily available e-bikes by: Performing e-bike maintenance as necessary within a reasonable time period; Receiving and returning repaired e-bikes to CITY, PROGRAM PARTICIPANT or CITY-designated RESERVATION PARTNERS; and Compiling a PRICE LIST for all repairs and maintain documentation of repairs along with invoices to submit to the CITY.
