The resulting award will be for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional years at the sole discretion of the city. The estimated total contract value of this award will be $250,000 inclusive of the optional years if exercised. The City of Oakland makes no guarantee as to the dollar value of orders to be authorized pursuant to the award of a contract. This Request for Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified herein: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid. Please avoid mistakes.
