Issued By: Ruby Sifflet-Hill Email: rsifflet-hill@oaklandca.gov Phone: 510-238-7560 The City of Oakland (City) Public Works Equipment Services Division invites qualified firms to submit their bid for the restoration repair, and servicing of equipment upholstery for the City of Oakland’s Equipment Services Division. The successful vendor is expected to deliver high-quality, reliable, and efficient upholstery services for a range of city-owned fleet equipment including but not limited to motorcycles, off-road equipment, and medium/heavy duty trucks. Any contract(s) resulting from this RFQ will be for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for one (1) additional year, by mutual agreement between the city and the contract awardee (s). The total value the resulting contract (s) is estimated to be $80,000.00 annually including any optional years, if exercised. The City of Oakland makes no guarantee as to the dollar value of orders to be authorized pursuant to the award of any contract(s). This Request for Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified herein. Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid. Please avoid mistakes.
