The award will be for a two-year period with an option, at the sole discretion of the City, to extend for up to one-year period. There will be no guaranteed amount or duration, that will be issued each year. The estimated total dollar amount for any one year will not exceed $80,000.00 annually. The City makes no guarantee as to the dollar value or orders to be authorized pursuant to the award of multiple contract agreements.
