RFI for Civil Legal Advocacy Services for Youth & Young Adults
The Contra Costa County Probation Department is pleased to announce a solicitation of interest from qualified agencies to to provide free civil legal advocacy services for low-income eligible youth, ages 13-26, who are at risk of entering the delinquency system, in need of legal permanency options, and educational advocacy in the areas of special education and school discipline in the County for the period of July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2026.
