The PCTC is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide on-call transportation planning services consisting primarily of the preparation of various grant applications for transportation projects including but not limited to the Active Transportation Program. The term of the contract for the services described above shall be 3 years.

The term of the contract shall be for three (3) years from the date of contract execution or a maximum of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand and No Cents ($150,000).
