Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited from Bidders for the following work:
Contractor to provide all labor, material, and equipment, to replace the existing carpet and vinyl flooring in the Westwood Chateau Apartment building. Replacement work shall include: removal/disposal of flooring and base, floor prep work, underlayment, installation of luxury vinyl planks and rubber base in the apartments, and installation of new carpet and base in the all corridors and the first floors, moving/re-setting kitchen appliances and furniture in each apartment, and touch-up of damages to wall paint for a complete project.
