Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, responses to the University's prequalification documents for a Lump Sum contract are sought from prospective Demolition and Concrete subcontractor bidders for the following work:
The scope of work includes but is not limited to Demolition, Concrete, and Landscape Patching. Demolition scope shall include demolition of Drywall, Metal Stud Framing, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Systems; New Cast in Place Concrete, Final Clean and Patching of Landscaping etc. The successful bidder’s subcontract will be with PCL Construction, Inc., the CM/Contractor on this project.
