Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited from prequalified Contractors for the following work:
Contractor shall provide all the material, equipment, labor and incidentals associated with the renovation of wood decks at Lake Arrowhead Lodge located in Lake Arrowhead, California. Contractor shall replace, in-kind, deteriorating wood decking, wood joists, wood rail posts, and wood hand rails at Acorn, Alder, Fernrock, and Stonewall cottages. The Work shall be divided into two phases: Phase 1 (Acorn, Alder, and Stonewall cottages) and Phase 2 (all remaining Work of the project including Fernrock cottage). The University currently anticipates Phase 1 to begin no sooner than February 20, 2023 and to be completed no later than March 26, 2023, and Phase 2 (Fernrock cottage) to begin no sooner than March 1, 2023 and to be completed by March 26, 2023.
