| Project Description |
Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work:
Contractor shall provide all the labor, materials and equipment for the demolition and installation of new terrazzo flooring at the lobby and first floor stair at De Neve Cedar, Dogwood, Evergreen and Fir residential buildings. The work will be divided into three phases: Phase 0: (preparation of submittals, receipt of University's approval, and material procurement). Phase 1: (buildings Evergreen and Fir). Phase 2: (all remaining Work of the project including buildings Cedar and Dogwood). The University currently anticipates Phase 1 to begin no sooner than June 19, 2023 and to be completed no later than July 31, 2023, and Phase 2 to begin no sooner than August 1, 2023 and to be completed by August 31, 2023. The work will be performed when the buildings are unoccupied, during Summer 2023.
