City Hall Roof Replacement
Base bid: scope of work is to provide a roofing restoration to an existing building roof. Work to include new restoration and surface coatings. Alternate bid: scope of work is to provide a roofing replacement to an existing building roof. Demolition work to include removal of existing roofing and flashings. New work to include roofing insulation roofing membrane and flashings. An optional pre-bid meeting will take place on 09/12/2023 at 9 AM at Turlock City Hall located at 156 S Broadway, Suite 120.
