Alissa Morey, in conjunction with the County of Humboldt (“County”), is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to provide professional construction services for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) construction, including, but not limited to any necessary demolition or site prep, survey, foundation or concrete work including sidewalks and driveways, framing, HVAC, electrical, water heater install, sheetrock, siding, decking, door and window installation, sub-flooring, cabinetry, lighting, rough-in and final electrical, water, sewer and gas line connection if applicable, appliance connections and all finishes including tile, primer paint, flooring, trim detailing, wall treatments, and other work as defined by the statement of work for 1830 Quaker Street Eureka, CA 95501. This project is funded by the CalHome Program whose purpose is to support existing homeownership programs aimed at low and very low-income households, and thereby increase homeownership, encourage neighborhood revitalization and sustainable development, and maximize use of existing homes.
