Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience providing similar economic analysis and planning services

Extensive knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards

Personnel qualified and experienced in economic research, data analysis, and strategy development

Expertise in stakeholder engagement, benchmarking, and assessments

Ability to start providing services by January 1, 2024

Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements
