NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") requests proposals for ADMINISTRATIVE, ENGINEERING, AND FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF TRACY CONSOLIDATED LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT (hereinafter “Project”) and will receive proposals in the office of the Parks and Recreation Department, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, CA, 95376, ATTN: Nilo Velazquez, Management Analyst II, up to the hour of 2 p.m. (Pacific Standard), October 4, 2023.

The services to be performed by the successful proposer(s) are described in the Request for Proposals (which is attached). Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) are available at the Parks and Recreation Department and online at
www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices

Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as follows “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR ADMINISTRATIVE, ENGINEERING, AND FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF TRACY CONSOLIDATED LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”

All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City in order to determine which proposer best meets the City’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate proposals are set forth in this RFP.
- The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal, this RFP, or the proposal process.
