NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") has determined that all bidders on the TRACY MUL Tl-GENERATIONAL RECREATIONAL CENTER PROJECT (hereinafter "Project") must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid on the Project. The City will receive submittals in the office of the Parks and Recreation Department, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, CA, 95376, ATTN: Richard Joaquin, Parks Planning and Development Manager, up to the hour of 2 p.m. (Pacific Standard), October 26, 2023.

2. The prequalification's are described in the Request for Qualifications (which is attached). Copies of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are available at the Parks and Recreation Department and online at www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices. p. m., October 13, 2023.

3. Responses shall be submitted and clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as follows "SEALED SUBMITTAL FOR TRACY MULTI-GENERATIONAL RECREATIONAL CENTER PROJECT-DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL."

4. All responsive submittals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City in order to determine which submittal(s) are prequalified and meets the City's needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the Project. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate proposals are set forth in this RFQ.

5. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or waive any irregularities in any submittal, this RFQ, or the qualification process.
