NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter “City”) requests for proposals (“RFP”) qualified proposers to provide biohazardous materials clean-up and removal services. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain competitive proposals that will provide the best value to the City of Tracy for emergency and on-call services. Proposals will be received in the office of:

UP TO 2:00 P.M., TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2023

1. The services to be performed by the successful proposer are described in the RFP. The general Scope of Services is to provide biohazardous materials clean-up and removal services.

2. Any changes or request for clarification to the RFP will be posted on the City’s website in the form of an addendum. Proposers shall periodically check City’s website at www.cityoftracy.org for any addenda issued for this request and acknowledge the inclusion in RFP documents.

3. RFPs shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows: “SEALED RFP FOR BIOHAZARDOUS MATERIALS CLEAN-UP AND REMOVAL SERVICES – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL”

4. One hard copy and one electronic copy of the RFP shall be provided in the sealed envelope.

5. The City reserves the right to reject any and all RFPs or to waive any irregularities. The City will award the contract to one proposer. The City also reserves the right to reduce/increase the Scope of Service.
