NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "CITY") requests proposals for the CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR INTERSTATE 580/PATTERSON PASS ROAD/INTERNATIONAL PARKWAY DIVERGING DIAMOND INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS EA 10-1E220-PROJECT ID 1015000011-PPNO 3416 - CIP 73147" and will receive proposals in the office of the City Engineer addressed to:

UP TO THE HOUR OF 3:00 P.M., ON FRIDAY THE 27 ^th DAY OF FEBRUARY 2024.

1. The services to be performed by the successful PROPOSER(s) are described in the Request for Proposals (which is attached). Additional Copies of the Request for Proposals are available from the CITY'S website: www.cityoftracy.org . Any questions should be directed to Sharat Bandugula, P.E., Senior Civil Engineer, in the Engineering Division, at 209-831-6463 or by email at sharat.bandugula@cityoftracy.org .
2. Any changes to the RFP will be posted on the CITY website in the form of an addendum. Proposers shall periodically check the CITY website at www.cityoftracy.org for any addenda issued for this request and acknowledge the inclusion in proposal documents.
3. Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows: "SEALED PROPOSAL FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR INTERSTATE 580/PATTERSON PASS ROAD/INTERNATIONAL PARKWAY DIVERGING DIAMOND INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS EA 10-1E220-PROJECT ID 1015000011-PPNO 3416 - CIP 73147– DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL."

   Five (5) original printed and one (1) electronic copy of the Proposal shall be provided in a sealed envelope are required.

4. All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the CITY in order to determine which PROPOSER best meets the CITY's needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the CITY shall evaluate Proposals are set forth in the Request for Proposals.
5. The CITY reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or waive any irregularities in any Proposal, this Request for Proposals, or the proposal process.
