NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "CITY") requests proposals for the PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT FY 23-24, PMP PHASE 1(A), CIP 73186 (hereinafter “Project”), and will receive proposals in the office of the City Engineer. Proposals shall be addressed:

The General Scope of Services shall include but is not limited to, project management, coordination, pre-design research, and final design of the proposed pavement rehabilitation improvements. This work will include coordinating with all necessary agencies, surveying, performing pavement design analysis, and preparing a complete set of plans, specifications, and an engineer’s estimate (PS&E) for the proposed improvements.

Any changes to the RFP will be posted on the CITY website in the form of an addendum. Proposers shall periodically check the CITY website at
www.cityoftracy.org
for any addenda issued for this request and acknowledge the inclusion in proposal documents.

Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows: “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT FY 23-24, PMP PHASE 1(A), CIP 73186 – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”
Five (5) original printed and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal shall be provided in a sealed envelope are required.
- All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the CITY in order to determine which proposer best meets the CITY’s needs for this Project by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the CITY shall evaluate proposals are set forth in the RFP.
6. The CITY reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal or the proposal process
