REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR
CITY OF TRACY RECYCLED WATER SYSTEM EXPANSION PROJECT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") seeks a Proposer to provide program management services for the design and construction of the recycled water system expansion infrastructure (hereinafter “Project”), associated with the award of the Urban and Multibenefit Drought Relief Grant (Grant) by the Department of Water Resources, and will receive proposals in the office of the:

UP TO 1:30 P.M., TUESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2023

1. The services to be performed by the successful proposer are described in the Request for Proposals. Additional copies of the Request for Proposals are available from the city’s website: https://www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices

2. Any changes to the Request for Proposals will be posted on City’s website in the form of addendum. Proposers shall periodically check the City’s website for any addenda issued for this request and acknowledge the inclusion in proposal documents.


3. Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows: “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF TRACY RECYCLED WATER SYSTEM EXPANSION PROJECT”

4. Three copies of the proposal shall be provided and include a separate sealed envelope containing estimates of labor hours and proposed costs.

5. All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City in order to determine which proposer best meets the City’s needs for this Project by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate proposals are set forth in the Request for Proposals.

6. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal or the proposal process.
