NOTICE INVITING BIDS

STREET SEAL COATING SERVICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter “City”) requests bids (“NIB”) from qualified proposers to provide street seal coating services. The purpose of this NIB is to obtain competitive bids that will provide the best value to the City of Tracy for seal coat material and delivery services. Bids will be received in the office of:

UP TO 3:00 P.M., MONDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2023

1. The services to be performed by the successful bidder are described in the NIB. The general Scope of Services is to provide street seal coating services.

2. Any changes or request for clarification to the NIB will be posted on the City’s website in the form of an addendum. Proposers shall periodically check City’s website at www.cityoftracy.org for any addenda issued for this request and acknowledge the inclusion in NIB documents.

3. Bids shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows: “SEALED BID FOR STREET SEAL COATING SERVICES – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL”

4. One hard copy and one electronic copy of the bid shall be provided in the sealed envelope.

5. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities. The City will award the contract to one bidder. The City also reserves the right to reduce/increase the Scope of Service.
