1. The services to be performed by the successful proposer are described in the RFP. The general Scope of Services is to provide an appropriate Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software and support services to the CITY for multiple departments’ use within the City of Tracy

2. Any changes or requests for clarification to the RFP will be posted on the City’s website in the form of an addendum. Proposers shall periodically check City’s website for any addenda issued for this request and acknowledge the inclusion in RFP documents.

3. RFP’s shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows: “Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Software and Support RFP – Do Not Open with Regular Mail”

4. The City reserves the right to reject any and all RFP or to waive any irregularities. The City will award the contract to the proposer who can demonstrate the best product to meet the CITY’s needs.
