NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter “City”) requests proposals for CONCESSIONAIRE SERVICES (hereinafter “Project”) and will receive proposals in the office of the Cultural Arts Division, Grand Theatre Center for the Arts, 715 Central Avenue, Tracy, CA, 95376, ATTN: Anna Cross, Cultural Arts Manager, up to the hour of 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard), January 5, 2024.

2. The services to be performed by the successful proposer(s) are described in the Request for Proposals. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) are available at the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts and online at www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices . Any questions should be directed to Shaleila Loera, Box Office and Patron Services Coordinator, at (209) 831-6858 or via email boxoffice@cityoftracy.org no later than December 13, 2023.

3. Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as follows “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR CONCESSIONAIRE SERVICES - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”

4. All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City to determine which proposer best meets the City’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate proposals are set forth in this RFP.

5. The CITY reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal, this RFP, or the proposal process.
