Sacramento City and County of Sacramento Five-Year Consolidated Plan,

Action Plan and Federal Programs Support

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is soliciting proposals for consulting services from individuals or firms with expertise and understanding of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as it relates to the development of a Five-Year Consolidated Plan for the City of Sacramento and County of Sacramento (Consortium) for a total of two Consolidated Plans and two first-year Action Plans.

Respondents must have a minimum of three years of direct experience in the last five years in developing a Five-Year Consolidated Plan that has been accepted by HUD. Respondents must be in good standing with the State of California and not on the Federal Debarment list.
