The Housing Authorities of the City and County of Sacramento and Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency are soliciting qualified, experienced B General Contractors to perform kitchen and bathroom counter, tub, surrounds, and sink resurfacing projects. Projects will be in various Public Housing sites throughout the City and County.

A Pre-Proposal meeting will be held at 9:00 A.M., Monday, March 18, 2024 via Zoom Register in advance for this meeting:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

The Pre-Proposal meeting is not mandatory; however, firms interested in submitting proposals are encouraged to attend.

All proposals must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 11, 2024 via OpenGov.
