The Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento) is soliciting for a qualified, experienced commercial loan servicer to provide servicing for portfolio of approximately 1000 single-family and multi-family loans, to include loan set-up, collection of payments due, calculation of interest due (simple and compound), loan monitoring, follow up on delinquencies, IRS tax reporting, and notices to lender.
