The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency, on behalf of the Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento, is requesting proposals from owners and developers interested in receiving Project-Based Vouchers for New Construction or Rehabilitation for Homeless or Homeless Veterans Families / Individuals.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, February 14, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Pre-registration on Zoom is required:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Pre-Proposal meeting is not mandatory; however, firms interested in submitting proposals are encouraged to attend.

Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., February 28, 2023, through OpenGov.
