Card Operated Laundry Equipment Services for Public Housing Authority

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), on behalf of the Housing Authorities of the City & County of Sacramento and Sacramento Housing Asset Repositioning Program (SHARP), is soliciting for qualified licensed and insured firms to provide, install and maintain laundry equipment (washers and dryers) in established laundry facilities located in properties owned by SHRA, the Housing Authorities and SHARP as listed on #Attachment “C”. The service must provide high quality, well maintained and energy-efficient equipment, while providing the maximum financial return for SHRA and the lowest possible prices to its residents.
