The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and its constituent entities (SHRA) is seeking architectural firms to provide architectural / engineering services for the renovation of single-family and multi-family residential, small commercial and historically significant projects. The projects are located throughout the City and County of Sacramento.

The services to be provided by the selected architects will include, but not limited to, providing architectural, engineering, and cost estimating services on an as needed / assigned basis. The work required may consist of developing Schematic Design documents (including pre-design services), Design Development documents, final Construction Documents (including selected project specifications), and providing Construction Administration services as necessary, in order to fully design and build a given project.
