Card Operated Laundry Equipment Services for Public Housing Authority

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), on behalf of the Housing Authorities of the City & County of Sacramento and Sacramento Housing Asset Repositioning Program (SHARP), is soliciting for qualified licensed and insured firms to provide, install and maintain laundry equipment (washers and dryers) in established laundry facilities located in properties owned by SHRA, the Housing Authorities and SHARP as listed on #Attachment “B”. The service must provide high quality, well maintained and energy-efficient equipment, while providing the maximum financial return for SHRA and the lowest possible prices to its residents.

Interested, qualified licensed and insured firms are required to attend at least One of the Pre-Proposal Conferences to be held at the location(s), date(s), and time(s) indicated in the Timeline.

• The First Pre-Proposal Conference will be held: Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. in the SHRA Commission Room – 2 ^nd Floor, 801 12 ^th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
• The Second Pre-Proposal Conference will be held: Wednesday September 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom – Register in advance for this meeting:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Attendance to at least ONE of the Pre-Proposal Conferences is mandatory for all Contractor/Proposers.
