The Housing Authority of the City and County of Sacramento, on behalf of Sacramento Housing Asset Repositioning Program (SHARP), is seeking a relocation consultant and services provider to administer services for residents impacted by the utilization of the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program for the following locations: Englebrook – 5735 Engel Rd., Carmichael, CA 95608; Northcrest – 6010-6046 Northcrest, Carmichael, CA 95608; Sunset Ridge – 7501 Sunset Ave, Fair Oaks, CA 95628; Tiara Terrace – 7500 Tiara Way, Citrus Heights, CA 95610; and Sierra Hills – 6054 Shupe Dr., Citrus Heights, CA 95621

Interested, qualified licensed and insured firms are required to attend at least One of the Pre-Proposal Conferences to be held at the location(s), date(s), and time(s) indicated in the Timeline.

• The First Pre-Proposal Conference will be held: Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. in the SHRA Commission Room – 2 ^nd Floor, 801 12 ^th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. Sign-In Sheet
• The Second Pre-Proposal Conference will be held: Thursday October 12, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. via Zoom – Register in advance for this meeting:

Attendance to at least ONE of the Pre-Proposal Conferences is mandatory for all Contractor/Proposers.
