The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency’s Procurement Services department is soliciting for a technical writer to assist in developing departmental Desk Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures.
Interested, qualified Firms/Individuals are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference to be held at the location, date and time indicated in the Timeline.

The Pre-Proposal Conference will be held: Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. via Zoom – Register in advance for this meeting:
