The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and its constituent entities (SHRA) is soliciting for qualified, CSLB C-27 licensed landscape contractors to provide vacant lot and property landscape maintenance services at various locations throughout the City and County of Sacramento.

Interested, licensed, C-27 Landscape contractors are required to attend at least One of the Pre-Proposal Conferences to be held at the location(s), date(s), and time(s) indicated in the Timeline.

• The First Pre-Proposal Conference will be held: Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. in the SHRA Commission Room – 2 ^nd Floor, 801 12 ^th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. Sign-In Sheet
• The Second Pre-Proposal Conference will be held: Wednesday August 9, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom – Register in advance for this meeting:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Attendance to at least ONE of the Pre-Proposal Conferences is mandatory for all Contractor/Proposers.

A Request for Proposal package, plan holders list, and other contract documents relating to the project may be obtained beginning Wednesday, Jully 12, 2023 on OpenGov:
