The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and its constituent entities (SHRA), is soliciting for an experienced, qualified firm to provide Property Management Services for several of its buildings in Sacramento. The Property Manager selected as a result of this process will provide a variety of services, including, but not limited to: periodic building inspections, coordination of maintenance and repairs, coordination of tenant move in/move outs, and work cooperatively with the SHRA staff and its vendors/contractors to manage the office spaces of the following three properties: 801 12 ^th St., 600 I St., and 630 I St.

A Pre-Proposal meeting will be held at 9:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at the SHRA Commission Room – 2 ^nd Floor, 801 12 ^th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. The Pre-Proposal meeting is not mandatory; however, firms interested in submitting proposals are encouraged to attend.

All proposals must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on Friday, March 7, 2023 on the OpenGov site.
