The City of Saratoga is seeking proposals from qualified Certified Public Accountant firms to audit City financial statements for the three (3) fiscal years ending June 30, 2023, 2024, and 2025, with options to renew for each of the two subsequent fiscal years ending June 30, 2026, and 2027.

To be considered, proposals must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on March 10, 2023. Proposals will not be accepted after the date and time stated above. Proposals will not be opened and read publicly.

Five hard copies and one electronic copy of the proposal are due by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on March 10, 2023, to:
