This project includes demolition and earthwork; storm drain pipes, structure, and bioretention pond; concrete curbs, concrete pad and asphalt paving, site retaining walls; hot mix asphalt paving; site furnishings including basketball hoops, posts, and benches; and planting (seeding) and maintenance during plant establishment period.
