The project includes demolition, tree removal, and earthwork; storm drain pipes, structures, and bioretention pond; concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks and walkways; site retaining walls; hot mix asphalt paving; site furnishings including drinking fountain, bike rack, benches, and bleachers; play area including play equipment, engineered wood fiber surfacing and poured in place surfacing; and planting and irrigation.
