Description:

The City of Seaside (CITY) is requesting proposals from qualified and interested consulting firms for professional services to conduct City Facilities Condition Assessments. The City Facilities Condition Assessments will be utilized for prioritizing capital improvements and required maintenance activities, as well as assisting with allocating operating budgets. The selected consultant shall perform the tasks specified in the "Scope of Work" section of the Request for Proposal (RFP) . Consultants are encouraged to suggest additions or modifications to the scope that will enhance or clarify the City Facilities Condition Assessments, and the suggestions should be incorporated into the proposal.


A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Zoom on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 2:00 PM PST.

Qualifications:
It is anticipated that the consultant team will be an interdisciplinary team (potentially involving multiple firms) likely to include a California licensed Civil/Structural Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Architect and Appraiser, as appropriate. It is preferred at least one member of the interdisciplinary team be a Registered Professional Engineer.
