The City of Seaside, California is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare

an update to the water rate and capacity fee studies completed 2019 and 2020, respectively. The

selected consultant shall perform the tasks specified in the "Scope of Work" section of the Request

for Proposals (RFP). The consultant is encouraged to suggest additions or modifications to the

scope that will enhance or clarify the work and the suggestions should be incorporated into the

proposal.
