The City is interested in contracting with a highly qualified firm to provide services necessary to fulfill water quality monitoring programs in the Malibu Civic Center area. The services include water sampling at set frequencies and locations, coordination of laboratory analysis of the samples for the constituents described at a State certified analytical laboratory, coordination of waste and wastewater disposal from sampling, data analysis, report writing capabilities, and report preparation to meet the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) requirements.
Each task is driven by timelines established through existing or future regulatory requirements. The City reserves the right to alter the sampling frequency and constituents upon approval from the Los Angeles RWQCB. Through this RFP, it is specifically intended to procure the following:
