The City is seeking written proposals from qualified parking enforcement service providers to provide comprehensive parking enforcement services for an initial two-year term, with two (2) two-year extensions that may be exercised at the City's sole discretion.

The ideal parking enforcement service provider will work in partnership with the City and must have prior experience in providing parking enforcement for a municipal government. In addition, an expert level of understanding of the California Vehicle Code. Citation processing, noticing, payment plans, and other duties outside of the scope of work will be handled by the City.
