The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) is searching for a firm to develop a Strategic
Plan to help the Park District’s Finance Department perform at its peak efficiency and
effectiveness, meeting the Park District needs related to: providing efficient best‐practice
business process, providing financial information to support short‐term and long‐term decision‐
making, achieving timely financial and budgetary reporting, ensuring transparent processes,
providing effective purchasing and payroll processing, providing effective cash management, and
providing excellent customer service.
