The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as “the City”) is soliciting the services of qualified certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for fiscal years 2023-24 through 2027-28. These financial statements are to be audited in accordance with all applicable accounting standards generally accepted in the United States of America, the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations.
