The City of Morro Bay (“City”) requests proposals from qualified firms for Investment Advisory Services.

The Proposer shall prepare an effective, clear, and concise proposal. The City is requesting three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format.

All proposals must be received before 5:00 pm PST on January 5, 2024.

Proposals received after that date and time will not be considered. Each proposal must be submitted to the City in a sealed envelope with the proposal title and bidder name. Submit the not-to-exceed fee proposal and standard hourly billing rates in a separate sealed envelope and as a separate electronic document to the e-mail address provided above.

There is no express or implied obligation for the City of Morro Bay to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request. The City of Morro Bay reserves the right to reject any proposals submitted.

Applications submitted in response to this request for proposal (RFP) will be reviewed by a team of City representatives. The team will review all complete, eligible, qualified submittals received by the deadline. Upon evaluating the qualifications provided in the applications, the team may identify top vendors to be invited for finalist interviews.
